Mar 15, 2014· ive been reading forums and seen some people posting comments about not panning in fish bearing rivers/creeks. but if that was the case why are places like the fraser and vedder being panned. or slesse creek in Chilliwack? so what is the law when it comes to hand panning/digging with a shovel. i looked at rules and regs and havnt seen anything on that
