I just got a new Encore grinder and I am finding the grind size to not match up with what I am reading online. For pour overs and immersion drippers, most are recommending a grind size around #20. However, this is producing grinds that are rock salt in size and not table salt. I would have to be down around a #10 setting to get to table salt.
