Update #1 I received a replacement Breville BCG800BSXL Smart Grinder from Amazon earlier this week. We have used it about 1520 times. So far it works well. No issues with jamming. I am using the same oily Rawandan beans that jammed my first Smart Grinder. So I am going to assume, at least for now, that my initial machine was a lemon.
